Yog Sadhika

Beginners welcome

Before your first class

A line drawing of a woman on her first day, shown the easier version of a pose with her hands on a block.
Who is it for?

Women of every age and level, including complete beginners.

Is every class for women?

Yes. Everyone in the room is a woman.

How flexible do I need to be?

You start where you are. Every pose has an easier version, and you'll be shown it.

What is a comfortable way to sit?

You'll be shown a seat that suits your body, and the ankles, knees and hips behind it are worked on in class.

What do I wear?

Anything you can move and stretch in. Most women come in gym clothes, leggings and a fitted top; a loose cotton set works too.

Do I bring a mat?

Mats are provided. You're welcome to bring your own.

Can I come on my period?

Yes. Say so, and the poses change for those days. Resting is welcome too.

I'm pregnant, or I've just had a baby.

Talk to Sadhika Kumari before you book, and bring your doctor's go-ahead.

I have an injury or a health condition.

Tell Sadhika Kumari before you book. A certified yoga therapist shapes the poses around it.

What does it cost?

Fees are shared when you call or WhatsApp.

Can I have classes on my own?

Yes. Ask on WhatsApp about one-to-one training or a special batch.
